European and Chinese, the chef's menu
The room takes up the ninth floor, and the view of the Angara opens across the whole wall. Business lunch runs on weekdays from twelve to four; the rest of the time it is the chef's menu in the European and Chinese traditions.
For a banquet the room is given over entirely: a hundred and twenty guests at tables, your own menu and your own service, with no other party beside you. The menu, the seating and the timing of the evening are agreed in advance, at a meeting at the hotel.
