This policy sets out how the personal data of visitors to northseahotel.com is processed and how it is kept secure. It applies to all data the operator receives through the forms on this website.

3. What data is processed

The website collects only the data you enter yourself into the contact forms:

• your name;
• your phone number — in the call-back request form;
• your email address — in the «Write to us» form;
• the text of your enquiry, if you wrote one.

The website does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.

4. Purposes of processing

• replying to an enquiry submitted through a form on the website;
• calling you back on the number you left;
• selecting a room and quoting the cost of a stay or an event at your request.

Data from the website is not used for mailings, advertising or profiling.

5. Legal basis

The basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting a form. Without that consent the form is not submitted.

6. Retention and processing

Data is processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. After that it is destroyed or anonymised.

The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.

7. Disclosure to third parties

The operator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Please note separately: the «Contacts» and «Getting here» pages show a Yandex Maps map, room bookings are handled by the TravelLine system, and online chat messages by the HotBot service. These services operate under their own data processing rules.

8. Cookies and storage on your device

The website sets only technical cookies, without which the forms cannot be sent. Yandex Metrica and the Yandex map set their own cookies and are loaded only with your consent; the TravelLine booking module and the HotBot chat are loaded straight away and store their own technical data in your browser. 9. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to require that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
